Precision Zinc Plating

We deliver plating with a thickness ranging from .00005″ to .0007″. With a palette of colors including hexavalents of black, yellow, and olive drab, as well as trivalent colors of clear, black, and yellow, we provide both aesthetic variety and functional excellence. Moreover, our rack plating process can accommodate parts up to 72″ x 18″, weighing up to 200 lbs, offering flexibility to our customers.

Prior to plating, we perform a comprehensive range of pre-treatment operations to ensure the effectiveness of the plating process. This includes thorough cleaning with muriatic acid and the optional Hydrogen Embrittlement Relief, added to our process upon request, to guarantee optimal results.
